Content Strategy

E-commerce agency Astound Commerce asked us to pinpoint what motivated its audience (CEOs, CMOs, and CTOs) and to devise content that would appeal to each segment. For the former, we interviewed Astound’s customers and key executives; for the latter, we performed a content audit of its web site resources. We used our findings to develop and execute a case study template that addressed audience pain points and differentiated Astound from its competitors.
